How To Lose Weight Within Just 10 Days | Losing weight is one of life's biggest challenges for men and women, especially those with endomorphic body type and gain fat easily. 1. Drink water

Drinking plain water is good in controlling hunger. Start your day with a glass or two of plain water. Try switching to plain water or green tea for your daily beverage within 10 days.

2. Walk after meals

In one study published in 2009 (Postprandial Walking is Better for Lowering the Glycemic Effect of Dinner than Pre-Dinner Exercise in Type 2 Diabetic Individuals, Journal of the American Medical Directors Association, Volume 10, Issue 6, July 2009, Pages 394-397), researchers claim that after meal walks can improve daily blood sugar levels. Therefore, take a few minute walks after your every meal. This can also help you burn calories quickly and aid in digestion.

3. Eat at home

Avoid eating at restaurants, especially the mamak restaurants - they are a bane to your diet! Within 10 days, try to eat your own prepared meals at home. This way you will be able to control the amount of ingredients such as salt, sugar, oil and fat that goes into your food. You can also prepare home-cooked food bento and bring it to your workplace.

4. Eat slowly

Eat slowly, like real sloooooowww... (ever seen how a turtle eats?) This might surprise you, but the fact is that when you eat in a state of relaxation your food portion will be reduced and food will be absorbed better, giving you good digestion.

5. Cut back on sugar

  • avocado
  • cheese
  • dark chocolate
  • egg (including the yolk)
  • fatty fish (salmon, trout, herring, mackerel)
  • nuts (almond, walnut, macadamia and others)
  • chia seeds
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • coconuts and coconut oil
  • full-fat yogurt

7. Get a good night's sleep
